His experience includes Master Planning, utility assessments, project management, program management, Capital Works Program Assessments, detailed design, construction supervision, contract management extending from feasibility studies through to Team Leader/Project Manager roles in international projects. He has particular skills in infrastructure development, water and wastewater supply, non-revenue water (NRW), utility management and commercial services provision arrangements.
